Ok ok.. a 4.5% rate of return is nothing insane to brag about at a cocktail party, but it beats leaving that money in a bank! And yeah, there’s the stock market and other investments that can potentially bring in higher returns – but those carry a bigger amount of risk. This investment strategy brings awesome returns for low risk.

How it works

I invest in a bunch of peer to peer micro-loans. These offer varying rates of return depending on their “risk”. Rates start at around 3.5% for the most conservative (meaning most likely to be paid back), all the way up to 12-15%, (the riskiest). As I explain in my video, I create a conservative custom portfolio of higher grade loans.

I’m no financial advisor, I’m just letting you know how awesomely it worked for me – bringing in consistent returns year after year.
